What is GrowBaby and how can it be used in practice?

GrowBaby is a DNA test reporting on gene variants that, together with environmental exposures, impact key biologic processes integral in the gestational time period.

Evidence suggests that both maternal and paternal dietary intake and environmental exposures from preconception, together with parental genotype and epigenetics, play an important role in fertility, pregnancy and offspring outcomes.

The in-person training will cover:

  • >> We will review some of the key genes and pathways related to maternal and fetal health outcomes, including updates from the recent research.
  • >> Both male and female infertility related gene variants reported in the dnalife test portfolio, together with associated interventions.
  • >> Important functional biomarkers to consider alongside genetics that provide valuable insights to enable targeted management from fertility concerns to optimising health throughout the gestational time period.
  • >> We will discuss important gene-nutrient interactions and related biomarkers through case study-examples and how to intervene to optimise outcomes.
