Thyroid and Adrenals Masterclass
In-person event | Copenhagen
Training conducted in English

Join us for an in-depth practitioner education session designed to deepen your understanding of the thyroid and adrenal systems through a functional and clinical lens. This comprehensive training explores the intricate relationship between endocrine physiology, biochemistry and the complex factors that influence hormonal health.

Together, we’ll unpack the biochemistry of thyroid and adrenal function, review key hormones and their physiological roles and examine the mechanisms underlying common thyroid and adrenal health conditions. We’ll explore the influence of autoimmunity, menopause, gut health, environmental toxins and lifestyle factors on endocrine function, helping you connect the dots between systems rather than viewing symptoms in isolation.

Through detailed clinical case studies, you’ll develop a structured approach to assessment, clinical reasoning and intervention planning. We’ll discuss evidence-informed strategies to support thyroid and adrenal health, including nutrition, lifestyle, targeted supplementation and practical tools that can be integrated into everyday clinical practice.
