Graeme Jones
Physiologist. Clinical Development Director - Nordic Laboratories & Founder - Nordic Clinic Stockholm
With over 20 years’ experience, Graeme specialises in functional medicine, nutrition and personalised healthcare. His academic background includes qualifications in lifestyle medicine, nutrigenomics, and a degree in Sport, Health & Exercise. He founded Nordic Clinic Stockholm and collaborates with the Karolinska Institute. Graeme has worked in concierge medicine, led a major UK preventive clinic, consulted internationally, and supported elite athletes in performance, rehabilitation and longevity-focused healthcare.
Theodoros Prevedoros
Biochemist, Msc, Functional Medicine Practitioner at Endotherapia
Theodoros is a biochemist whose career has centred on analysing biochemical and functional tests to inform diagnosis and highly personalised therapies. He began in applied biochemistry before moving into functional medicine, where his enduring passion is the gut microbiome. He applies microbiome-led principles not only to gastrointestinal disorders but also to autoimmune and cardiovascular conditions, cancer prevention, and athletic performance optimisation. Alongside his clinical work, he has translated university-level scientific textbooks and authored IBSyncrasy, a book on irritable bowel syndrome that has sold more than 2,000 copies. He brings extensive, hands-on experience in interpreting complex laboratory data and turning it into practical, patient-focused strategies.
